Participants can choose from a 10km or 20km road walk, or enjoy our unique Ramble experience. To qualify for an IML stamp, you have to complete 20km, the Ramble, or mix and match both over the four days.
Yes, the Ramble is guided by our experienced team and is a unique, much-loved feature of the Castlebar International 4 Days’ Walks, enjoyed by walkers from around the world.
